PHUKET, THAILAND—Hilton Worldwide has opened the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton – Surin Beach, its first for the brand in Thailand here. Formerly the Courtyard by Marriott, the rebranded 250-room resort is located between Phuket International Airport and Patong, the island’s tourist center.
The resort boasts over 80 suites and three dining options: Asia Alive, an all-day restaurant; The Boardwalk, a pool bar that serves snacks; and The Food Store, a food and beverage retail outlet. It also offers four meeting rooms, a business center, fitness club, outdoor pools, water slides and a kids club.
