DENVER—Green Tea, LLC, is introducing Travaasa Destinations, a new collection of experiential destination hotels, with its first property slated to open next month in Austin, TX.
Debuting on April 14, Travaasa Austin is located on 210 acres of the Balcones Canyonlands Preserve overlooking Lake Travis in Texas Hill Country.
A second property, formerly known as Hotel Hāna-Maui in Hawaii, is slated to open as Travaasa Hāna with 70 rooms, including cottages and garden suites, in June.
Each property in the Travaasa Destinations collection will focus on five core pillars: adventure, culinary, culture, fitness and spa, according to the company.
Travaasa Destinations’ portfolio will encompass campus-style hotel properties, each with fewer than 100 rooms.
Green Tea, LLC, is a hotel acquisition, development and management company owned by Amstar, a real estate investment manager with more than $1.5 billion in assets.
