Concord Hospitality Adds Carl S. Hren as VP, Construction & Capital Assets

RALEIGH, NC—Concord Hospitality has announced that Carl S. Hren has joined the company as VP of construction & capital assets.
Hren, who worked with White Lodging Services as its director of construction and more recently with Chicago-based Pepper Construction, will relocate to Raleigh.
Hren will report to Timothy Osiecki, president of architecture and construction for Concord. “We are extremely excited to have Carl join our team,” stated Osiecki. “His experience building hotels on both the owner and contractor sides will add incredible value to our current and future nationwide developments and renovations.”

When you hear all the lodging industry projections for the months and years to come, much of the robust growth is forecast to be the result of the expected influx of travelers from China.
