The John Hardy Group Names Rocky Marzzarella as Director of Operations

ATLANTA—Rocky Marzzarella will officially succeed Tom Gaffney as the new director of operations of The John Hardy Group.
Having worked at The John Hardy Group for the past 16 years, Marzzarella spent most of his 35 working years in the development and construction management business, and being involved in managing in excess of 100 major hotels, resorts and convention centers, and numerous smaller assignments. During his tenure, his projects ranged from the development, re-development and/or the construction of these hotel projects as well as performing due diligence reviews, providing advisory services and owners representation services.
Tom Gaffney will retire to a part-time position at The John Hardy Group. He will continue maintaining key assignments for JHG and will continue to play a senior advisory role for the company.
