Sage Hospitality Appoints Lisa Donovan as Chief People Officer

DENVER—Sage Hospitality has named Lisa Donovan as the hotel investment and management company’s first Chief People Officer.
Donovan will oversee all aspects of Sage’s People Resources department including leadership development and internal communications. She will focus on making the company a desirable place to work, learn and grow.
"We look forward to working with Lisa to achieve performance excellence in all aspects of our business while continuing to enrich the lives of our associates, guests, and community partners," stated Walter Isenberg, president and CEO of Sage Hospitality. "She has a proven track record for results and will develop this new role with us, so we can continue to be recognized as the best in the business by our customers."
Prior to Sage, Donovan acted as Group Vice President of National Training and Development for Archstone, a developer and manager of luxury apartment buildings. During her time at Archstone, she implemented a customer service-based culture and cultivated leadership programs that lead to employee engagement. To further develop her people development skills, Donovan went back to school to obtain her MPS in Leadership and Organization with a major in Human Capacity from the University of Denver.
