BEMIDJI, MN—DoubleTree by Hilton recently opened the DoubleTree by Hilton Bemidji, located along the waterfront of Lake Bemidji following a 15-month, $14-million investment.
The newly constructed hotel adjoins the existing Hampton Inn & Suites Bemidji, a sister brand within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio. The hotel is owned by SCGM, LLC and managed by Rich Siegert and associates.
“The opening of DoubleTree by Hilton Bemidji marks the first hotel for our brand in this market, and is a welcome addition to our portfolio,” stated John Greenleaf, global head – DoubleTree by Hilton. “We look forward to catering to guests seeking first-class accommodations and amenities, and delivering our globally-recognized service culture built around the idea of CARE, which stands for Create A Rewarding Experience, for our guests, team members and the community.”
DoubleTree by Hilton Bemidji debuts a contemporary design throughout the property’s 92 guestrooms and public areas. A shared event facility with the adjoining Hampton Inn & Suites creates more than 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting space to accommodate varying types of conferences, business and social events.
