Hotel Equities Names Bob Keating to Director of Business Development

ATLANTA—Hotel Equities (HE) recently named Bob Keating to the position of Director of Business Development.
As a member of the firm’s development team, Keating works directly with hotel owners who are looking for the best third-party partners to manage their existing hotels, new builds and portfolios.
“An innovative and highly-accomplished top management executive, Bob brings a wealth of industry experience to his new post,” stated Joe Reardon, VP of Business Development for HE. “Bob is a real partner and relationship leader for our clients. Most recently, Keating served as VP of Franchising where he led account management activities, increased Fairfield Inn franchise Overall Satisfaction significantly, grew their hotel development pipeline and worked directly with owners to ensure the best opening and operations of their hotel assets.
