Hotel Equities Names Reardon VP/Business Development

ATLANTA—Hotel Equities has named Joe Reardon VP of business development.
In this role, Reardon will oversee the development team, negotiate management contracts and evaluate the financial feasibility of the firm’s acquisition opportunities. Responsibilities include utilizing the existing portfolio of 55 hotel assets as a platform for growth with current and potential owners.
Reardon has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to Hotel Equities, he served as EVP of sales and marketing and oversaw sales and marketing, as well as business development, for Alliance Hospitality. He has also served as VP of sales and marketing for the Noble Interstate Group and Noble Investment Group. He began his career with Marriott International.
Reardon holds a B.S. degree in business administration & tourism management from North Carolina State University.
