BANGALORE, INDIA—RezNext, a real-time, direct connect and online distribution company that bridges the gap between a hotel's reservation system and online booking channels, has appointed Mike Kistner as CEO.
Kistner was most recently chairman and CEO of Pegasus Solutions, Inc. With close to three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Kistner had accepted the position of board member RezNext earlier this year.
"I am delighted to lead RezNext and offer the most comprehensive distribution solutions and services to our growing customer base. RezNext's unique value proposition offers hotels a host of new channels to maximize their revenue and optimize their inventory," said Kistner. “I look forward to engaging closely with the RezNext team to deliver world class distribution solutions to our customers and prospects.”
