HONOLULU—Aqua Hospitality continues its revitalization of Waikiki with the introduction of the newly renovated Park Shore Waikiki, an Oahu hotel fronting Waikiki Beach. This property underwent a $10.7-million enhancement.
"This historic property has been completely transformed into a chic getaway that caters to the needs of today's traveler," stated Elizabeth Churchill, SVP of sales and marketing. "The hotel is modern and relaxed, perfectly complementing its idyllic location across from the famous white sands of Waikiki Beach."
Park Shore Waikiki's enhancement project included a transformation of the lobby, guestrooms and outdoor areas. The new lobby features an upgraded front desk, contemporary artwork and new carpet and lighting. Guestrooms have a modern, contemporary design with tropical accents.
Guestrooms include Kohler fixtures, 42-in. flat screen HDTVs and colorful island artwork by contemporary Hawaiian surf artist Heather Brown. Complimentary guestroom amenities include in-room HD programming, digital safes, wireless Internet access, mini-refrigerator and coffeemaker. The hotel also features a refreshed pool area with new lounge seating and landscaping, as well as complimentary WiFi throughout the property.
