Value Place Looks to Expand in Cleveland Metro Area

CLEVELAND, OH—Value Place plans to expand its brand in the metro area here, seeking to add six corporate properties over the next two years.
Construction on the first 124-unit property is planned for January.
The company currently has three hotels in Mentor, Akron-Green and Avon, OH.
Value Place plans to acquire land and build corporate-owned hotels in other metro markets over the next three years, including Atlanta, Boston, Denver and southeast Florida, according to the company.
Value Place currently has 184 locations open in 32 states.

When you hear all the lodging industry projections for the months and years to come, much of the robust growth is forecast to be the result of the expected influx of travelers from China.
