New Boutique Hotel Opens in Oahu

HONOLULU—Vive Hotel Waikiki, an independently owned and operated boutique property with 125 guestrooms, has opened in Oahu.
Vive Hotel offers three room types: Cosmopolitan Queen Guestrooms; 21 lifestyle Junior Suites and one Ultimate Penthouse Suite. All guestrooms offer cotton linens and bedding, complimentary high-speed WiFi, flat-screen Hi-Definition LED TVs, bath amenities, mini-refrigerators, an in-room safe, work station, temperature controlled air conditioner by remote control and large windows. The 20 lifestyle junior suites also include a sitting area. All guests are also treated to a daily complimentary continental breakfast in the lobby in the mornings.
All of the 125-room guestrooms and suites in the hotel are located on floors seven through 22 providing ocean, mountain and Diamond Head views.

When you hear all the lodging industry projections for the months and years to come, much of the robust growth is forecast to be the result of the expected influx of travelers from China.
