NORTH FALMOUTH, MA—Sea Crest Beach Hotel,here, debuted a three-bedroom cottage that sleeps up to eight guests and provides indoor/outdoor space.
The blue-shingled cottage conveys the same coastal chic style that is the hallmark of Sea Crest’s recent $15-million, hotelwide renovation. It features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, living room, open kitchenette, washer and dryer, deck, and a private backyard. A color scheme of neutrals, accented with sea glass blues and greens, evokes the natural palette of the Cape Cod shore.
The three bedrooms include two with king beds and one with a twin-over-double bunk bed. Rattan headboards and cable-knit throws add textural interest. A well kitchenette, complete with appliances and a breakfast bar, opens to the living room, which offers a seating area and step-out access to the deck and backyard. Surrounded by privacy hedges, the yard is designed for outdoor entertaining and features a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs.
Set on a private beachalong Buzzards Bay, Sea Crest Beach Hotel offers 263 guestrooms and suites, some with fireplaces and private balconies.

When you hear all the lodging industry projections for the months and years to come, much of the robust growth is forecast to be the result of the expected influx of travelers from China.
