LVMH Acquires Hotel Saint-Barth Isle de France

PARIS—LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton has acquired Hotel Saint-Barth Isle de France from majority owner Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners and others. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Located on the beaches of the island of St. Barthélemy in the French West Indies, Hotel Saint-Barth Isle comprises 39 guestrooms, suites and villas. It also includes the Isle de France Spa and the resort’s signature restaurant, Las Case d’Isle.
LVMH’s Hotel Management division will operate the Hotel Saint-Barth Isle de France. Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners, founded by Ben Weprin, acquired the hotel in 2010.
