Rockwood Sells Hyatt Regency Albuquerque

BETHESDA, MD—Rockwood Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of the Hyatt Regency in Albuquerque, NM.
Rockwood represented 330 Tijeras Avenue NW Holdings LLC in the sale of the 395-room property to Albuquerque Hotel Investments Capital for an undisclosed amount. The Hyatt management agreement was terminated at the closing of the sale and the new owner has entered into a franchise agreement so the hotel will continue to operate as a Hyatt.
