TALLINN, ESTONIA—Hilton Worldwide will open its first property in the Baltic States, the Hilton Tallinn in Estonia.
The new-build property will open in 2016, featuring 202 guestrooms and suites, a business center, fitness center, spa and indoor swimming pool and an outdoor sun terrace, as well as an all-day dining restaurant with a private dining room and lobby bar.
Hilton Worldwide had signed a management agreement with Fortuna Travel OÜ, which is the project owner.
Patrick Fitzgibbson, senior vice president, development, Europe & Africa, Hilton Worldwide, stated, “With Hilton Worldwide’s heritage in Europe stretching almost 60 years, we are delighted to announce our expansion into the Baltic Region. Hilton Tallinn is a high quality project and a superb example of our core Hilton brand expanding in capital cities and popular destinations across the region.”
