PROVIDENCIALES, TURKS AND CAICOS—Grace Bay Resorts will assume responsibility and take an ownership stake in the management of West Bay Club.
The 74-room property, which features 47 oceanfront suites, will be rebranded as West Bay Club, a Grace Bay Resort, effective immediately. Its design takes cues from the Caribbean with Barbadian-inspired decor elements—such as cedar shingle roofing, balconies with ocean views and a central courtyard—along with a modern design, as exemplified by the contemporary guestrooms. The hotel features the poolside Atlantic Bar & Grill, a spa and fitness center.
Property-wide renovations will take place over the next 18 months. Grace Bay Resorts has a short-term focus on completing the repositioning of the property with an emphasis on improving service standards, implementing training programs and enhancing food and beverage programs.
