MANASSAS, VA—Value Place has opened a new extended stay hotel here, the second Value Place hotel to open in the Washington, D.C. area this year.
The four-story, 124-room Manassas Value Place is a 10-minute drive from the historic Civil War Manassas National Battlefield Park. A second new Value Place, near Andrews Air Force Base, MD, opened earlier this year.
Value Place offers affordable, short-term lodging to business, government, military and vacation travelers. Refreshed room design, upgraded appliances and other property enhancements deliver cost efficiency for hotel operators.
"The D.C. area market is a great fit for us," Dan Weber, CEO of Value Place, said in a statement. "We can meet the need for short or longer term lodging with our simple, clean, safe properties, while providing exceptional value to guests."
