NEW YORK—The NoMad Hotel has acquired a five-story, mixed-use building here at 10 West 28th St. from Silvershore Properties for approximately $6 milion.
The building is adjacent to the hotel.
“The NoMad Hotel saw this as a great opportunity to increase [its] space and offerings and we agreed,” said Jason Silverstein, who with David Shorenstein, is a principal of Silvershore Properties.
Housed in a Beaux-Arts building on 28th St. and Broadway, the Jacques Garcia-designed NoMad Hotel has 168 rooms.
