RALEIGH, NC—Hyatt Hotels & Resorts has named Concord Hospitality Enterprises Developer of the Year.
The award is given to a company based on its hotel development in strategic locations, as well as quality and efficiency of construction.
Concord Hospitality was selected for its two current Hyatt projects, in addition to hotels that are still being developed.
The company owns, operates and developed Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels and currently manages Hyatt Place Grand Rapids-South in Wyoming, MI, and Hyatt House Boulder/Broomfield in Broomfield, CO.
Concord Hospitality just opened the Hyatt House in Pittsburgh and is slated to open two more Hyatt House hotels in Raleigh, NC, and Jersey City, NJ, in addition to a Hyatt Place hotel in Miami.
