LAS VEGAS, NV—Concept Amenities, a supplier of environmentally responsible guest bath amenities, has promoted Sarai Wilson to customer care manager for the Americas division.
Within her role as customer care manager, Wilson acts as a key support person to the senior president of sales and the USA sales and marketing managers.
Wilson joined the company in September of 2011 taking on the customer care assistant position. She has several years of experience in the hospitality field with a background in administration and customer service for previous employers: the Las Vegas Convention Center, ARAMARK and Six Flags.
