BOSTON—The T.R. Engel Group, LLC, a global hotel asset management and advisory firm, announced the addition of Paul Puzzanghero, a senior Marriott executive, to its asset management team.
Puzzanghero began his career with Marriott International in operations, and has held leadership positions as general manager of the Boston Marriott Newton, general manager of the Ritz-Carlton Boston Common, and opening general manager of the Boston Marriott Quincy.
Most recently Puzzanghero was VP of Owner and Franchise Services at Marriott, where he had responsibility for 15 institutional Marriott hotel ownership groups, including public REITs and private equity firms.
Tom Engel, the president and founder of TRE, said in a statement, “We’re excited to welcome Paul to the T.R. ENGEL Group. Our advisory and asset
management service philosophy is built on our team’s tangible,
real-world experience, and Paul’s 25-plus years of operational expertise
and institutional relationships—particularly his familiarity with
full-service Marriott brands—is a great strategic fit for TRE. We’re
confident that Paul will help us continue to deliver superior results
to our investor clients.”
