WILLIAMSBURG, VA—Cornerstone Hospitality has entered into a partnership with MB Contractors and Craddock Cunningham Architectural Partners, both based in Virginia, to form Creative Boutique Hotels.
According to Kimberly L. Christner, president/CEO of Cornerstone Hospitality, the partnership’s objective is to work in smaller towns and cities to redevelop downtown communities by restoring historic buildings and converting them into boutique hotels.
The companies have worked together on several hotel projects throughout Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic already, with projects currently under development in Bristol, VA and South Boston, VA.
