FOLLETS ISLAND, TX—Architectural Concepts, Inc. contracted with Star Resort Group and John Howton on the design of Seahorse Estates Beach Club, the focal point of a 108-acre master-planned resort community.
Architectural Concepts is creating a “country-club type” facility with full amenities to service the Follets Island project. Located between Surfside and Galveston, with unobstructed views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Drum Bay, Seahorse Beach Club is an hour’s drive from Houston.
Included in the nearly 10,000-sq.-ft. Beach Club will be three hotel suites, a sales center, recreation and game room, movie room, luxury spa and fitness studio. The bar/lounge will have indoor and outdoor dining for 100. Outside there will be an activity pool with an infinity edge falling to a fire pit below and a kid’s pool.
