Peachtree Hotel Group Adds Six Hotels to Portfolio during Q1 2013

ATLANTA, GA—Peachtree Hotel Group has acquired or invested in six hotels in the southeastern United States during the 2013 first quarter. According to the company, at this pace, it is well ahead of its previously announced goal of adding 15 hotels to its portfolio during the coming year.
The six hotels include the 85-key Hampton Inn Okeechobee in FL; the 96-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton Durham-Chapel Hill/I-40 in NC; the 98-room Four Points by Sheraton Durham at Southpoint in NC; the 96-suite Residence Inn Little Rock in AR; the 120-room Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville I-295/East Beltway in FL; and the 66-room Comfort Inn in AL.
