Portugal's Group Pestana Enters U.S. Market

MIAMI–Portugal-based Group Pestana has entered the U.S. market with the 97-room Pestana South Beach Art Deco Hotel.
The luxury hotel, a complex of four buildings, is a conversion of the former 1940s-era Hotel Milejan. It is located in close proximity to the Ocean Drive beaches, the Miami Convention Center and the Miami Beach Country Club. The hotel's Art Deco and Arte Moderne elements have been preserved and enhanced. The Group Pestana owns and operates the Pouasdas de Portugal hotel brand throughout Europe and South America.
