DENVER, CO—Woolley’s Classic Suites, a new chain of all-suite hotels founded by hotelier Robert E. Woolley, has begun construction on its first hotel near Denver International Airport. A four-story hotel featuring 187 guestrooms and four executive suites, the property will feature an oasis-style atrium and will offer complimentary breakfasts and cocktail hours every day. In addition, it will also offer seven flexible meeting spaces totaling 5,000 sq. ft. The hotel is projected to open in spring 2014.
FirstBank provided financing for the project and Alliance Construction Solutions is serving as the contractor.
