KENNEWICK, WA—Red Lion Hotels Corp. signed a franchise license agreement with Sandhu NW Hospitality, LLC, the owners of a hotel here that is expected to be coverted to the Red Lion Inn & Suites Kennewick in early April. Currently, the Cedar Inn & Suites Kennewick, the 61-room, limited-service property offers an indoor pool and 300 sq. ft. of meeting space. The hotel is within walking distance to Three Rivers Convention Center and the Toyota Center, and just five miles from the Southridge Sports Complex. "This property is such a nice complement to our full-service hotels in the Tri-Cities," said Ron Burgett, EVP/lodging and brand development for Red Lion Hotels Corp. "The hotel is just a little over two years old and is in a fantastic location for both sports groups and business professionals."
