DALLAS, TX—G6 Hospitality, which owns and operates economy hotels under the Motel 6 and Studio 6 brands, opened 63 locations in 2012, all under franchise contracts. The latest openings include 57 Motel 6 and six Studio 6 properties, with a room count of more than 5,100, across 25 U.S. states and one Canadian province. The company expects to open 100 more properties in 2013.
