NEW YORK—Highgate Hotels has appointed James Marino as GM of the Lexington New York City.
In his new role, Marino will oversee operations of the hotel, which is currently in the midst of a multi-million dollar transformation.
Prior to this role, Marino served as the GM at the Hyatt Arlington in Arlington, VA, for three years. He has also worked as the GM of the Wyndham Glenview Suites in Glenview, IL, which led to a position as the task force GM for the brand, in which he was responsible for improving operating results at the Wyndham Princeton Forrestal Hotel and Conference Center in Princeton, NJ, and the Wyndham Virginia Crossings Resort in Richmond, VA. He has also led operations for hotels within the Hilton, Omni and Kimpton portfolios.
