PARSIPPANY, NJ—The Wyndham Hotel Group saw systemwide RevPAR in fourth-quarter 2012 rise 4%, while domestic RevPAR increased 6%, compared to the same quarter in 2011.
Revenues for the quarter jumped 19%, compared to 2011, primarily due to the jump in RevPAR, incremental revenues associated with the company's owned hotels and higher licensing fees.
The Wyndham Hotel Group consists of more than 7,340 hotels and 627,400 rooms. The development pipeline includes approximately 930 hotels of which 59% are new construction and 56% are international.
