ATLANTA–North Point Hospitality Group has opened a dual-branded Hilton Garden Inn-Homewood Suites by Hilton here.
The project includes a 136-room Hilton Garden Inn and a 92-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton. It is the 14th dual-branded property in the Hilton Worldwide system and the first in Georgia. The project, which is located in Atlanta's Midtown neighborhood, also includes 4,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space. A highlight of the space is a ballroom on the 12-story building's top floor. Each brand has its own check-in desk and dining area. Shared amenities include the meeting space, valet parking, business center, swimming pool and fitness center.
North Point Hospitality Group currently has 10 hotels in its portfolio in Savannah and Atlanta.

When you hear all the lodging industry projections for the months and years to come, much of the robust growth is forecast to be the result of the expected influx of travelers from China.
