WASHINGTON—Hunter Hotel Advisors has hired Laura Wolinsky as VP/capital markets.
Wolinsky will work with Angelo Stambules, head of the capital markets team to source, underwrite and place hotel real estate debt and equity. She will work out of Hunter’s office here, but will serve clients nationwide.
With more than 20 years of experience, Wolinsky spent eight years as an underwriting team leader at Capmark Finance, LLC (formerly GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp.). She then served as senior asset manager and team leader.
Prior to Capmark, Wolinsky specialized in hospitality real estate consulting for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC in New York and Miami, and Kenneth Leventhal & Co. (now Ernst & Young, LLP) in Los Angeles.
She also worked at Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as a senior business consultant in its corporate planning department.
