TAMPA, FL–The 265-room Crowne Plaza at Sabal Park here has converted to the Sheraton brand. The Sheraton Tampa East Hotel is located across the street from the popular Sabal Park Business Center. The property is owned by a joint venture between Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Waramaug Hospitality, LLC, and a private investment group. The owners invested approximately $9 million in renovations as part of the conversion. The hotel is the Sheraton brand's fourth flag in Greater Tampa. Tags: Hospitality Ownership |
