BOSTON—Sonesta International Hotels Corp. is set to manage a new extended-stay hotel, the 102-room Sonesta ES Suites Flagstaff in Arizona. The property is scheduled to come under Sonesta management August 10. It is currently known as the Residence Inn Flagstaff. Each oversize studio, one- and two-bedroom suite in the hotel offers 468-734 sq. ft. in area as well as a kitchen, work area and high-speed Internet access. The property offers guests an outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool, 24-hr. exercise room and business center, sports court, guest laundry, same-day dry cleaning and 560 sq. ft. of meeting space.
