ATLANTA—IHG has opened its second Hotel Indigo, here, in College Park. The 142-room, five-story property features touches of starbursts and turquoise in each guestroom. Vintage photographs of the neighborhood are displayed throughout the hotel. The reception area is one of the common areas to feature marble from Tate, the marble capital of Georgia. The hotel features the BlueGoose Bar and Kitchen, an all-day dining option. There is also outdoor dining on the patio and a wine and scotch bar open nightly. Additionally, the hotel offers two meeting rooms. The property, the first new hotel to open near the airport in two years, offers complimentary transportation to the airport. In addition, the hotel offers high-speed wired Internet as well as WiFi in guestrooms and public spaces, a 24-hr. business center and fitness center. Guestrooms feature high-definition flat-screen TVs, iHome stations and spa-inspired showers with Aveda products. The rooms feature hard-surface flooring with area rugs for a residential look.
