PARK CITY, UTAH—The St. Regis Deer Valley has appointed Kevin P. Hines the new Director of Food & Beverage. Previously, Hines was a Hotel and Restaurant Specialist for the Southern Wine and Spirits in Orange County, California, where he served as a liaison between suppliers and purchasing directors. Hines was a Director of Food & Beverage at the Surf and Sand Resort and Spa in Laguna Beach, where he managed seven f&b outlets and the sales/catering office, purchasing and engineering teams. Additionally, he administered a $1.5-million renovation.
