ATLANTA—America’s Best Franchising, Inc. has opened 12 new hotels during the second quarter of 2012. Now, the company operates more than 250 hotels under America’s Best Inn & Suites, Budgetel Inns & Suites, Country Hearth Inns & Suites and Parkside Hotels & Resorts, in addition to 3 Palms brand for independent hotels. They expect to sell and open 40 new hotels during 2012. The new America’s Best Inn & Suites hotels include: a 150-room property in Davenport, FL; a 102-room property in Abilene, TX; a 70-room property in Fort Smith, AK; a 57-room property in Merrill, WI; a 41-room property in York, AL; a 32-room property in Savannah, GA; a 29-room property in Lake George, NY; and a 25-room property in Niagara Falls, NY. The new hotels under the Budgetel Inns & Suites brand are: a 19-room property in Glen Falls, NY and a 17-room property in Niagara Falls, NY. Under Country Heart Inns & Suites brand is a 31-room property in Mackinaw City, MI, and in Dhikala Corbetti, India is a 28-room property under the 3 Palms Hotels & Resorts brand.
