MINNEAPOLIS, MN—AmericInn has opened a newly constructed brand prototype hotel in Osage, Iowa. This is the second new-construction hotel to be opened under the AmericInn brand for the company this year. This property features the latest design concepts and hospitality services that are being incorporated into the brand's hotels nationwide. The hotel is owned by Minnetonka-based Apollo Development, LLC, and is managed by Three Rivers Hospitality, headquartered in Chanhassen. "We are very pleased to announce the opening of yet another AmericInn, featuring contemporary decor and guest amenities that are designed to meet the expectations of today's sophisticated travelers," Paul Kirwin, president and CEO of AmericInn, said in a statement.
