SIOUX FALLS, SD—LodgeNet Interactive Corporation (LNET) announced changes to its management and Board of Directors. Scott C. Petersen will depart LNET as President and CEO but will remain on the Board of Directors. “I have been honored to be part of the LodgeNet growth story over the past twenty-five years,“ Petersen said in a statement. “The “The Company has a highly unique and strategically valuable position within the hospitality and healthcare industries, and I look forward to contributing to its future growth as a member of its Board of Directors. On a personal level, I am energized to be in a position to consider new and diverse opportunities to apply my interests and talents.” Philip Spencer was named Interim CEO; LNET has commenced a search for Petersen’s replacement. Thomas N. Matlack was appointed to the Board of Directors as an independent Director of LNET.
