SACRAMENTO, CA—The Lions Gate Hotel & Conference Center here joined Lexington by Vantage’s soft brand, Lexington Legacy.
Built in 1939, the hotel was formerly an Air Force Base facility.
Recently, the 122-room, full-service property added a 70,000-sq.-ft., multi-million dollar conference center to its meeting facilities, bringing the total available space to 78,000 sq. ft. The hotel also offers an outdoor pool and patio, fitness room, business center and the O Club, a restaurant and lounge.
The hotel is the second property to become a Lexington Legacy Hotel this year. Earlier this year, Lexington by Vantage added the New Kuta Hotel, located in the Pecatu Indah Resort in Bali, Indonesia, to its Lexington Legacy Hotel brand.
According to the company, it expects at least five more properties to be added to the soft brand this year.
