Hotel Equities will transform the Lake Lanier Suites to a Fairfield Inn & Suites.

GAINESVILLE, GA—Hotel Equities assumed management of the 72-room Lake Lanier Suites hotel at 1755 Browns Bridge Road here north of Atlanta.

According to  Brad Rahinsky, SVP/Hotel Equities, the property will undergo an extensive renovation and conversion to a Fairfield Inn and Suites.

The hotel is near Smithgall Arts Center, Elachee Nature Science Center, Chicopee Woods Golf Course, Gainesville Theatre Alliance and College Square Shopping Center. 

The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, 24-hour business center, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, technology services, an indoor pool and a fitness facility.

Led by President/CEO Frederick W. Cerrone, Hotel Equities has more than 40 properties in its portfolio.
