PETOSKEY, MI—AmericInn has added a new hotel here. Ashish Pandya owns the hotel.
Previously the Baywinds Inn, the 50-room hotel has undergone extensive renovations. It offers a swimming pool and spa, balcony rooms, Jacuzzi spas, patios and fireplaces.
The hotel will also begin offering signature hospitality concepts of the AmericInn brand, like a free AmericInn Perk breakfast, free WiFi and the Easy Rewards guest loyalty program.
AmericInn is in the midst of a three-year, $75-million renovation initiative throughout all of its locations, which is expected to be finished at the end of the year.
