ANAHEIM, CA—Parkwest General Contractor, a hotel and commercial real estate general contractor in the Western U.S., has hired Craig Sullivan as SVP/Business Development.
Sullivan will be based in the corporate headquarters here, and will be responsible for spearheading the company’s growth strategy.
Sullivan has over 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with 17 years exclusively devoted to the lodging sector. Prior to this role, Sullivan was VP of Twenty Four Seven Hotels and VP of the National Hospitality Group, which he pioneered at North American Title Company, a subsidiary of Lennar Corporation.
He has also served as co-chairman of the Income Property Lending Conferences/Commercial Real Estate & Lending Conferences in California, which holds two conferences annually in Los Angeles and San Francisco, along with being a sponsor and panelist at Meet The Money, The Lodging Conference and ALIS.
