LITTLE ROCK, AR—Davidson Hotels & Resorts will manage The Peabody Little Rock, which was recently acquired by an affiliate of Fairwood Capital, and will convert the Peabody to a Marriott in second quarter.
Davidson will undertake a multimillion-dollar renovation of all guestrooms and public spaces starting in fourth quarter. The property has 418 guestrooms, 40,000 sq. ft. of meeting and ballroom space, a restaurant, lounge and lobby bar.
This is the second management agreement between Fairwood and Davidson, which manages the Hilton Knoxville for Fairwood.
