WASHINGTON–Robert Koger on behalf of his former brokerage firm, Molinaro Koger, has brought new charges in his long-running dispute with Host Hotels & Resorts.

Earlier this month, Former Molinaro Koger COO Jonathan Propp pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit fraud against Host, illegally selling hotels owned by Host to straw buyers for his own financial benefit, among other illegal acts. Koger has now accused Host of illegal behavior in its investigation of Molinaro Koger in 2010 and 2011.
