WASHINGTON—The American Hotel & Lodging Association Safety & Security and Communications Committees have provided input for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security on a new public service announcement (PSA).

The 30-second video, released this month, reminds travelers to be vigilant and to report to the proper authorities any suspicious activity they may witness.

The PSA is scheduled to run for three months in more than 6,000 guestrooms via LodgeNet, an AH&LA allied member, as well as in movie theaters, airports and other venues, according to AH&LA president & CEO Joe McInerney.
