HOUSTON—Boxer Property, based here, has acquired Elevation Hotel and Spa in Mt. Crested Butte, CO.
Located at the base of Colorado’s Mt. Crested Butte Ski Resort, the property has over 260 rooms. It also features an indoor heated pool and hut tub;ski-in/ski-out convenience; and a large spa and fitness center.
This is the company’s second acquisition: in December, Boxer Property acquired Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, and according to the company, it will continue to pursue more hotels.
John Bourret, Managing Director of HFF in Dallas, represented the seller.
