TORONTO—Four Seasons has named Simon Casson chair of the Global Spa Task Force, a 20-person team. He also retains the position as RVP and GM of Four Seasons Hotel Doha.
Casson has assumed the role from Christopher Norton, who founded the initiative ten years ago and was recently promoted to president hotel operations, Europe/Middle East/Africa.
The task force works across all divisions, from design and construction to procurement, operations and revenue management. Under Casson’s leadership, the task force will focus on cultivating talent through its Spa Career Development program, developing cutting-edge therapies and customization of treatments.
