CHERRY CREEK, CO—Stonebridge Cos. plans to open a 135-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in this Denver suburb this week.
Englewood, CO-based Stonebridge will own and manage the upscale, extended-stay hotel under a long-term franchise agreement with Marriott International. The hotel is located in close proximity to a leading local shopping mall and a major hospital complex.
Stonebridge currently operates 41 hotels and is developing eight others with a total of more than 7,000 rooms in nine states. Residence inn presently has more than 600 properties open in the U.S., Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Central America.
